This is a remote position.

Experience: 3 to 12 Years

Description

  • Proven experience leading a technical team.
  • Should have excellent analytical skills, customer interfacing skills.
  • Should be able to analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications, especially on system integration mapping documentation.
  • Implement configure and maintain the Warehouse Management System to meet the companions operation requirement.
  • Collaborate with It and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS Enhancements and modifications.
  • Provide Technical Support and training to clients on JDA Products
  • Strong Expertise in MOCA Components/Page Builder, Reports and Labels.

Application Support:

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.

User Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Develop user guides and documentation.
  • Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.

Liaison with Stakeholders:

  • Collaborate with the client’s business team to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, providing application support.
  • Experience with JDA WMS is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Demand and supply planning process.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with both technical and non-technical staff.
