This is a remote position.
Experience: 3 to 12 Years
Description
- Proven experience leading a technical team.
- Should have excellent analytical skills, customer interfacing skills.
- Should be able to analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications, especially on system integration mapping documentation.
- Implement configure and maintain the Warehouse Management System to meet the companions operation requirement.
- Collaborate with It and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS Enhancements and modifications.
- Provide Technical Support and training to clients on JDA Products
- Strong Expertise in MOCA Components/Page Builder, Reports and Labels.
Application Support:
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.
User Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization.
- Develop user guides and documentation.
- Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.
Liaison with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with the client’s business team to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.
- Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, providing application support.
- Experience with JDA WMS is highly desirable.
- Understanding of Demand and supply planning process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with both technical and non-technical staff.
